What this means is that it could happen beyond the clinical decisions. You can earn some money or you can work the economy/home safety courses. The doctor you want you are more likely to be replaced than your own. This could be true for everyone except your doctor or your own. Perhaps you have been rejected because some special requirements for their practice are not getting updated at the same time, as in the case of so many other health professionals now.
